BRIEF: Turning a trade-show stand into one connected installation

For two years running, Borish has brought Topcon to life at Intergeo, the world’s leading trade fair for geospatial technology.

 

The challenge was to make a leader in GNSS technology look and feel like one. On a show floor, attention is won in seconds, and a stand made of separate screens and separate messages gets lost in the noise. Topcon needed a premium, cohesive presence that visitors would remember.

APPROACH: Leveraging a single creative direction, we built the 2025 stand as one choreographed system. Content flowed from the top banner to the bar screen to the five info-station screens, like one connected art installation. At its heart was a custom 3D LED cube, 2.2m high, built from LED strings. Its content was made specifically for the 3D effect and shifted in response to whatever was playing on the other screens.

 

Thirty minutes of programming ran across the stand, structured as four to five synced 20-second moments, a seven-minute loop in between, and a two-minute grand finale where every screen moved in harmony. In total, we delivered 53 individual assets under one consistent creative direction, in a two-month production window.

ELEVATING THE BUILD FOR 2026: For 2026, we took the stand to the next level, growing to nine screens: a 15.5m curved LED banner across the front, a 14m LED banner at the back, a 5m bar screen, and six 55-inch ghost screens. To match the scale, we pushed the creative towards a cinematic, AI-generated direction. Anyone can generate content. It takes a real creative eye to direct the shots and make it look impressive, and that is where our team comes in.

RESULT: Both the 2025 and 2026 stands impressed Topcon, positioning the brand as a premium, forward-looking leader in its field. Both were delivered through close collaboration with the client, realistic expectations set from day one, and a positive approach to every curveball along the way.
